Who we are / Strategic plan / Concepts

Social capital: We can define it as those aspects of social organisations, such as networks, norms and trust, that enable action and co-operation for mutual benefit. (Robert Putnam).

Management structures: Sartu, as an organisation, as identified by the actors and managers of social inclusion and community development, does not have its own management structure. The objective to be achieved is the maintenance of the structure specified for each Association and its intervention in each of the Historical Territories, combined with some common guidelines, agreed and managed from a common structure (corporate organisation).

Innovation: Internal process that will make it possible to direct the areas of work towards a technological positioning of services and products, to serve as the basis for its future.
