The Red Incorpora Euskadi network comprises nine entities focussed on the social and occupational inclusion of those people we are working with.
As part of the Social Work of La Caixa (savings bank), INCORPORA is an Occupational Promotion Program directed at promoting access to the labour market for those people experiencing difficulty in doing so. The Red INCORPORA EUSKADI has thought up an innovative project that aims to develop its own activities from the perspective of Social Responsibility, promoting the collaboration of companies and social entities, through the provision of HR management support services, thereby managing to develop socially responsible actions.
The services offered are: CONSULTANCY & ADVICE on aid for recruitment. IDENTIFICATION OF JOBS to be covered in the medium and long term and planning of the methodology to follow (including training). JOB VACANCY MANAGEMENT based on the company’s requirements. VOCATIONAL TRAINING in companies. Advice and support in ADAPTING TO THE JOB, if necessary. MONITORING AND SUPPORT for the worker after starting the job. The characteristics of this service are: Service at No Charge to your company. Service of Quality. Flexibility and Availability. Network with access to persons with a range of professional skills and competencies.
